Held on the last Saturday of each month (excluding December 2025 and January 2026), these fun, hands-on cardmaking and papercraft sessions take place in Bracken Ridge, North Brisbane. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting out, you’ll enjoy exploring fresh ideas, learning new techniques, and connecting with fellow creatives in a relaxed, welcoming environment. P.S. ‘Sabulous’ means sandy or gritty — so expect plenty of beach-inspired themes!
Join our beach-themed card making workshop inspired by a Page Map layout! You’ll receive precise measurements for every element, yet the final arrangement and design choices are entirely yours. Mix tones, embossed textures, and stamped images (using discontinued Kaszazz stamps) to create your own coastal masterpiece. This relaxed yet creative session isn’t difficult, but it will have you wearing your ‘thinking cap’ as you plan and piece together your summery card design.
What to bring: Trimmer, Bone Folder, Adhesives, Fine-tip scissors, a Black Ink Pad w/blender, a Blue Ink Pad w/blender, Colouring tools (refer to image for colouring suggestion) and a portable die-cutting machine with plates suitable for thin dies.
NOTE: This is our final workshop for 2025. Workshops will resume in February 2026.
